The last Left Behind book, The Glorious Appearing, releases tomorrow. I read the first 4 books in the series and tired of them quickly. The first couple were entertaining reads, in spite of the cliches and questionable theology. I read the first chapter of The Glorious Appearing and got confirmation that I haven’t missed anything by not reading the remaining 8 books in the series. The first chapter indicates that most of the remaining believers are encamped at Petra, and they all know Jesus is returning that day at 4pm. Huh?
